AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company, for the construction of storm sewers in Lord
Drive Storm Sewer Project (S-2100, C-1209), in St. Louis County
and the City of Moline Acres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Lord
Drive Storm Sewer Project (S-2100, C-1209), in St. Louis County
and the City of Moline Acres, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
21st day of July, 1986, and formally executed on the 12th day of
August, 1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
