AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs
for the construction of storm sewers in Riderwood 700 Block (S-
2390, C-1252), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Thirty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars
($32,729.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-one Dollars ($3,271.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) toward the total costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:

Section One. The sum of Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers
in Riderwood 700 Block (S-2390, C-1252), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
