HomeMy Public PortalAbout06719 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6719 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in part of Lot 7 of Lake House Farm Subdivision in Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this District has no further use for said easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of a sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Four parcels of land located in Lake House Farm Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 74. Three parcels being part of ten foot (10') wide easements recorded in Book 4907, Pages 159 and 160; Book 4907, Pages 157 and 158; Book 4907, Pages 173 and 174 of the St. Louis County Records. One parcel being part of a five foot (5') wide easement recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the Southwest corner of an easement conveyed to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 4907, Page 159 of the St Louis County Records; thence along the West line of said easement North 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of one hundred thirty-three and 91/100 feet (133.91') to the South line of Olive Street Road as conveyed to the State of Missouri by deed recorded in Book 5684, Page 134 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said road line South 70 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of ten and 62/100 feet (10.62') to a point; thence South 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of one hundred thirty-three an 91/100 feet to a point; thence North 70 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of ten and 62/100 feet (10.62') to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point in the Prolongation of the East line of "Lake House Farm Plat No. 2", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records, distant North 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of sixteen and 31/100 feet (16.31') from the Northeast corner of Lot 1, "Lake House Farm Plat No. 2"; thence North 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of ten and 62/100 feet (10.62') to a point; thence South 70 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of twenty-eight and 51/100 feet (28.51') to a point; thence North 0 degrees 15 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of nine and 69/100 feet (9.69') to a point; thence South 70 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of ten and 62/100 feet (10.62') to the Northeast corner of an easement conveyed to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 4907, Page 157 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the East line of said easement South 0 degrees 15 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of seventy-eight and 10/100 feet (78.10') to a point; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence North 0 degrees 15 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of sixty-one and 50/100 feet (61.50') to a point; thence North 70 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of twenty-eight and 49/100 feet (28.49') to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 - Beginning in the East line of "Lake House Farm Plat No. 2", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records, distance South 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds West ninety and 00/100 feet (90.00') from the Northeast corner of Lot 1, of said "Lake House Farm Plat No. 2"; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of twenty-six and 60/100 feet (26.60') to a point; thence South 0 degrees 27 minutes 57 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of twenty-six and 55/100 feet ( 26.55') to a point in the Southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 1, being also a corner of an easement conveyed to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 4907, Page 173 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along East line of Lot 1 North 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the point of beginning. Parcel 4 - Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 "Lake House Farm Plat 2", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the North line South 89 degrees 30 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to a point; thence South 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds West five feet (5.00') West of and Parallel to said East line of Lot 1 a distance of one hundred and 00/100 feet (100.00') to the South line of said Lot 1; thence along the South line North 89 degrees 30 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along the East line North 0 degrees 11 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of one hundred and 00/100 feet (100.00') to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
