AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-eight Thousand Dollars
($28,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 449 (Meramec River Basin -
M.S.D. Southwest) for the acquisition of a certain parcel of real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of the
Meramec Bottoms Pump Station.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Dollars
($28,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 449 (Meramec
River Basin - M.S.D. Southwest) for the acquisition of a certain
parcel of real property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the
construction of the Meramec Bottoms Pump Station.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
