AN ORDINANCE, appropriating and setting apart Two
Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District to meet District obligations incurred
during the fiscal year 1985 - 1986.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set
apart from the General Fund of the District to meet District
obligations incurred during the fiscal year 1985 - 1986, to the
following departments as hereinafter detailed.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
