AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc., for the construction of gabion walls at McKnight Lane No. 7,
No. 8 and No. 9 (S-2235, C-1253), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of gabion walls at
McKnight Lane No. 7, No. 8 and No. 9 (S-2235, C-1253), in the City
of Ladue, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of
August, 1986, and formally executed on the 12th day of August,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
