AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc., for the construction of a gabion wall at New Salem Drive No.
222 (85022), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall at New
Salem Drive No. 222 (85022), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 1st day of August, 1986, and formally
executed on the 12th day of August, 1986, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
