AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc., for the construction of a gabion wall at
Diamond Head No. 3617 (85091), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall at
Diamond Head No. 3617 (85091), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 1st day of August, 1986, and formally
executed on the 12th day of August, 1986, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
