AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Affholder,
Incorporated, for the emergency repair of the Bremen Street Sewer
and the East Prairie Avenue Sewer, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Affholder, Incorporated for the emergency
repair of the Bremen Street Sewer and the East Prairie Avenue
Sewer, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, with The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, and formally executed on the 26th day of
August, 1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
