AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 8 of "Craigland Executive Park" in Fractional Section
27, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a five foot (5') wide
sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 8 of "Craigland Executive Park"; thence North 0 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of thirty-four and 00/100 feet (34.00') along the West line of said Lot 8 of "Craigland Executive Park" to a point on the West line of said Lot 8 of "Craigland Executive Park"; thence North 70 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of five and 31/100 feet (5.31') to the actual point of beginning; thence South 87 degrees 13 minutes 22 seconds East a distance of two hundred seventy-five and 90/100 feet (275.90') to a point; thence South 9 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of five and 12/100 feet (5.12') to a point; thence North 87 degrees 13 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of two hundred seventy-two and 37/100 feet (272.37') to a point; thence North 39 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of six and 78/100 feet (6.78') to the point of beginning in "Craigland Executive Park" as recorded in Plat Book 192, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
