AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Carlyle Plat One
in Northeast one-quarter of Section 10 in Township 45 North, Range
5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following easement is hereby
vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 46 of said "Carlyle Plat One"; thence South 66 degrees 17 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of one hundred forty-four and 78/100 feet (144.78') along the South line of said Lot 46 to a point; thence South 72 degrees 54 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of twelve and 24/100 feet (12.24') to a point; thence North 66 degrees 17 minutes 24 seconds West a distance of one hundred thirteen and 52/100 feet (113.52') to a point; thence North 58 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of twenty-two and 19/100 feet (22.19') to a point; thence North 23 degrees 42 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of five and 08/100 feet (5.08') to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 248, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
