AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 111 and 112 of Westbrooke Addition Plat 1, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Two parcels of land located in Lots 111 and 112 of Westbrooke Addition Plat One as recorded in Plat Book 243, Pages 90, 91 and 92 of the St. Louis County Records. Both parcels being part of ten foot (10') wide easements. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point on the South line of Spring Hill Farm Drive, said point also being the Northeast corner of said Lot 111; thence Southwardly along said East line of Lot 111 South 0 degrees 47 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing Southwardly along said East line of Lot 111 South 0 degrees 47 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of one hundred and 57/100 feet (100.57') to a point; thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence North 0 degrees 47 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of one hundred and 57/100 feet (100.57') to a point; thence South 89 degrees 12 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point on the North line of Spring Hill Farm Drive, said point also being the Southeast corner of said Lot 112; thence Northwardly along said East line of Lot 112 North 0 degrees 47 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the actual point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence North 0 degrees 47 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of one hundred thirty-seven and 45/100 feet (137.45') to a point on the North line of said Lot 112; thence Eastwardly along said North line of Lot 112 South 89 degrees 12 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point on said East line of Lot 112; thence Southwardly along said East line of Lot 112 South 0 degrees 47 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of one hundred thirty-seven and 45/100 feet
(137.45') to the actual point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
