HomeMy Public PortalAbout06742 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6742 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lots 163 and 169 of Christopher Estates Plat 3, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Christopher Estates Plat 3 as recorded in Plat Book 245, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records. The two parcels being two foot (2') wide easements. Parcel 1 - Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Christopher Estates Plat 3; thence along the Northerly line of said Christopher Estates Plat 3 South 89 degrees 45 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of three hundred and 00/100 feet (300.00') to the Easterly line of Lot 169 of said Christopher Estates Plat 3; thence along said Easterly line South 00 degrees 11 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of eight and 00/100 feet (8.00') to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said Easterly line South 00 degrees 11 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of two and 00/100 feet (2.00') to a point; thence continuing along the Southerly, Westerly and Northerly lines of the hereinafter described tract of land the following courses and distances: North 89 degrees 45 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of one hundred fifteen and 00/100 feet (115.00') to a point; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of two and 00/100 feet (2.00') to a point; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of one hundred fifteen and 00/100 feet (115.00') to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Christopher Estates Plat 3; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Christopher Estates Plat 3 a distance of four hundred seventy and 00/100 feet (470.00') to a point; thence leaving said Westerly line and continuing along a line ten feet (10') South of and parallel to the Southerly line of Cripple Creek Drive fifty feet (50') wide South 89 degrees 48 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of eight and 00/100 feet (8.00') to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said line South 89 degrees 48 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of two and 00/100 feet to a point; thence leaving said line and continuing along the Easterly, Southerly and Westerly lines of the hereinafter described tract of land the following courses and distances: South 00 degrees 11 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of one hundred twenty and 00/100 feet (120.00') to a point; thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of two and 00/100 feet (2.00') to a point; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of one hundred twenty and 00/100 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
