AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Yorktown Drive 9400
Block (85219), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Yorktown Drive 9400 Block (85219), in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of
August, 1986, and formally executed on the 26th day of August,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
