AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($80,500.00) from The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Sewerage System Revenue Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Quail Pump Station By
Pass (86026), in the Cities of Ballwin and Ellisville, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said emergency
repair is Sixty-eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy-seven and
85/100 Dollars ($68,177.85), and the cost of engineering,
inspection and allowance for construction change orders is Twelve
Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-two and 15/100 Dollars ($12,322.15),
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($80,500.00) is hereby appropriated from The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District Sewerage System Revenue Fund to be used
for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Quail
Pump Station By Pass (86026), in the Cities of Ballwin and
Ellisville, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
