AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Field
Construction, Inc., for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Quail Pump Station By Pass (86026), in the Cities of Ballwin and
Ellisville, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Field Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Quail Pump Station By Pass (86026), in the Cities of Ballwin and
Ellisville, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 31st day of
July, 1986, and formally executed on the 26th day of August, 1986,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
