AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 72 (86130),
in the Village of Westwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Dollars
($16,380.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs and allowance for construction change
orders is Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Dollars ($3,620.00),
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Maintenance
Repairs No. 72 (86130), in the Village of Westwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
