AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Mangelsdorf
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 72 (86130), in the Village of Westwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mangelsdorf Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 72 (86130), in the Village of Westwood,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of August,
1986, and formally executed on the 26th day of August, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following form:
