AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black
Creek to be used for additional work in the relining of sewer pipe
by the Insituform method, together with repayment of the cost of
engineering, survey and inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in
Maintenance Repairs Number 61 (85268), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6340, adopted January 22, 1986,
provided the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($450,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to be
used for additional work in the relining of sewer pipe by the
Insituform method, together with repayment of the cost of
engineering, survey and inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in
Maintenance Repairs Number 61 (85268), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
