AN ORDINANCE, appropriating and setting apart One
Million Eighty Thousand Dollars ($1,080,000.00) from the General
Fund of the District for the support and operation of certain
District department during the fiscal year 1986-1987.
WHEREAS the funds as hereby appropriated also represent
salary increases created by a general wage increase, the District
reorganization and implementation of the new compensation system.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($1,080,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set apart from
the General Fund of the District for the support and operation of
certain District departments during the fiscal year 1986-1987, to
the following departments as hereinafter detailed:
