Home My Public Portal About06754 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6754 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing employees in grades 13 through 19 of the Classified Service of the District's Engineering and Planning Departments to work overtime hours at their regular rate of compensation during the 1986/1987 fiscal year, and WHEREAS, the District has many critical project completion schedules for Municipal Compliance and State Stormwater projects, and WHEREAS, the employees of the Engineering Department and the Planning Department of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District are giving of their time to complete projects that will be beneficial to the citizens served by the District, and WHEREAS, the additional cost to the District for said overtime hours shall not exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Employees in grades 13 through 19 of the Classified Service of the District's Engineering and Planning Departments are hereby authorized to work overtime hours at their regular rate of compensation during the 1986/1987 fiscal year providing that the cost of the overtime hours to the District shall not exceed the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00). The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
