AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Nineteen
Thousand Seven Hundred Six and 27/100 Dollars ($119,706.27) from
the Deer Creek Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund to reimburse the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri for funds
expended by said City for the Colonial Gardens stormwater project.
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond Heights' share for said
project after reimbursement by the District will be One Hundred
Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Six and 26/100 Dollars
($119,706.26), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Nineteen Thousand
Seven Hundred Six and 27/100 Dollars ($119,706.27) is hereby
appropriated from the Deer Creek Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund to reimburse the City of Richmond
Heights, Missouri for funds expended by said City for the Colonial
Gardens stormwater project.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
