AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-612 with Havens and Emerson,
Inc. for professional services required during the initial one
year operation of the Grand Glaize/Fishpot/Kiefer Creek Facilities
(Part of Federal project No. C-290875, Lower Meramec River Basin).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-612 with
Havens and Emerson, Inc. for professional services required during
the initial one year operation of the Grand Glaize/Fishpot/Kiefer
Creek Facilities (Part of Federal Project No. 290875, Lower
Meramec River Basin).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
