AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($48,500.00) from the Coldwater Creek Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers and sanitary
sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 30-B (S-2330, C-1248), in
various locations within St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm and
sanitary sewers is Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-seven
Dollars ($40,777.00), and the costs of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-
three Dollars ($7,723.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($48,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers and sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 30-
B (S-2330, C-1248), in various locations within St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
