AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers and
sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 30-C (S-2331, C-1249),
in various locations within St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers
and sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 30-C (S-2331, C-
1249), in various locations within St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 22nd day of August, 1986, and formally
executed on the 2nd day of September, 1986, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
