AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a conditionally vacated street and easements in
Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1 in University City,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
subject conditionally vacated street and easements and this
District has no further use for the conditionally vacated street
and easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described conditionally vacated street and
easements: The East forty feet (40') of Lot M-14 formerly Irma Avenue now vacated, the South five feet (5') of Lots 15, 43 and the fifteen foot (15') wide alley of West Horton Place, Block "B", the East two hundred forty-five and 65/100 feet (245.65') of the North five feet (5') of Lot M-17, the North ten feet (10') of the Southeast two hundred eight and 75/100 feet (208.75') of Lot M-17, the East ten feet (10') of the Southeast one hundred twenty-seven and 51/100 feet (127.51') of Lot M-17, the center forty feet (40') of Lot M-17 formerly Irma Avenue now vacated to a line parallel to and ten feet (10') North of the North line of Maple Drive sixty feet (60') wide, of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1 as recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 38 and 39 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
