AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 2, 3, 7 and 8 of St. Michael's Terrace Plat No. 1, in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Three parcels of land located in St. Michael's Terrace Plat No. 1 as recorded in Plat Book 230, Page 81 of the St. Louis County Records. The three parcels being portions of a variable width easement recorded in Book 7456, Pages 1265 and 1266 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point on the Northern line of said St. Michael's Terrace Plat No. 1, distant South 82 degrees 50 minutes East one hundred fourteen and 09/100 feet (114.09') from the Northwestern corner of the aforesaid subdivision; thence South 34 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of twenty-one and 91/100 feet (21.91') to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 34 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of ninety-seven and 29/100 feet (97.29') to a point; thence along a line running parallel with the Northern line of St. Michael's Terrace Court, fifty feet (50') wide, South 82 degrees 50 minutes East a distance of twenty and 07/100 feet(20.07') to the Northeast edge of the aforesaid easement; thence along the Northeast edge of the aforesaid easement, North 34 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds West a distance of one hundred five and 82/100 feet (105.82') to a point; thence along a line running parallel with the Northern line of the aforesaid subdivision, North 82 degrees 50 minutes West a distance of fourteen and 70/100 feet (14.70') to a point; thence along a ten foot (10') easement South 04 degrees 28 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of six and 38/100 feet (6.38') to the true point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point on the Southern line of St. Michael's Terrace Court, fifty feet (50') wide, distant North
82 degrees 50 minutes West two hundred fifty-eight and 20/100 feet (258.20') from the Western line of Bellecote Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence along the Northeastern line of the aforesaid easement, South 34 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of thirty-three and 08/100 feet (33.08') to a point; thence along a line running parallel with the Eastern line of Lot 3 of said St. Michael's Terrace Plat No. 1, South 07 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of seven and 07/100 feet (7.07') to a point; thence North 34 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds West a distance of forty-four and 10/100 feet (44.10') to the Southern line of said St. Michael's Terrace Court; thence along the Southern line of said St. Michael's Terrace Court, South 82 degrees 50 minutes East a distance of seven and 07/100 feet (7.07') to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 - Beginning at a point on the Southern line of the aforesaid St. Michael's Terrace fifty foot (50') wide Court, distance North 82 degrees 50 minutes West two hundred twenty-seven feet (227') from the Western line of Bellecote Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence South 07 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of thirty-six and 40/100 feet (36.40') to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 07 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of twenty-two and 58/100 feet (22.58') to a point; thence South 34 degrees 28 minutes East a distance of forty-one and 31/100 feet (41.31') to a point; thence along a line running parallel with the Southern line of Lot 2 of the aforesaid subdivision North 82 degrees 50 minutes West a distance of seven and 69/100 feet (7.69') to a point; thence North 21 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds West a distance of forty-two and 03/100 feet (42.03') to a point; thence North 34 degrees 28 minutes West a distance of twenty-two and 29/100 feet (22.29') to the true point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
