AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Suncrest Condominiums in Township 43 North, Range 6 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a five foot (5') wide
sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Southwestern line of said Block 69, at its intersection with the Western line of Kingbolt Boulevard, fifty feet (50') wide; thence along said Western Road Line North 36 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred thirty-seven and 50/100 feet (137.50') to a point; thence leaving said Road line and running along the centerline of Sunhaven Drive, a private drive, North 53 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one hundred thirty-six and 00/100 feet (136.00') to a point; thence leaving said centerline and running North 36 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of thirty-one and 00/100 feet (31.00') to the true point of beginning; thence running the following bearings and distances: North 36 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to a point; thence South 53 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred eleven and 00/100 feet (111.00') to a point; thence South 36 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to a point; thence North 53 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one hundred eleven and 00/100 feet (111.00') to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 236, Page 100 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
