AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Schaefer Gardens, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for such portion
of the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
ten foot (10') wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the Western line of Vlasis. Road fifty feet (50') wide with the Northern line of Manchester Road one hundred twenty feet (120') wide; thence one hundred fifty feet (150') West to the true point of beginning; thence North along the Western line of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Schaefer Gardens to the Northwestern corner of Lot 5; thence ten feet (10') East along the Northern line of Lot 5 to a point; thence South and running parallel to the Western line of said lots to a point in the Northern line of Manchester Road; thence ten feet (10') West to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 1, 1986.
