AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 391 (Keim Homesites) C-1254, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Subdistrict No. 391 (Keim Homesites) C-1254, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of August,
1986, and formally executed on the 16th day of September, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
