AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Essex
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of the Yarnell Creek
Interceptor Contract 85128, in the City of Fenton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Essex Contracting, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Yarnell Creek
Interceptor Contract 85128, in the City of Fenton, Missouri, with
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 24th day of July, 1986, and formally
executed on the 7th day of October, 1986, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
