AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($203,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund
to be used for the construction of the Bissell Point Site
Preparation (BP-1), at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment
Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said project
is One Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Dollars
($149,880.00), and the cost of relocation of fuel line, relocation
of electrical service, relocation of telephone service, printing
plans and specifications, construction application cost and
allowance for construction change orders is Fifty-three Thousand
One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($53,120.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($203,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Construction Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of the Bissell Point Site Preparation (BP-1), at the
Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1986.
