AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Spirtas
Wrecking Company, Inc. for the construction of the Bissell Point
Site Preparation (BP-1), at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment
Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Spirtas Wrecking Company, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Bissell Point Site
Preparation (BP-1), at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment
Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, with The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 25th day of September, 1986, and formally executed on the 7th
day of October, 1986, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District in
the following form:
