AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Block 63 Carondelet Commons Township 44 North, Range 6 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
ten foot (10') wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to David Riesmeyer and wife by deed recorded in Book 6512, Page 510 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the Western line of said Riesmeyer tract South 35 degrees 36 minutes West a distance of two hundred forty-one and 70/100 feet (241.70') to the actual point of beginning of the description herein; thence leaving said Western line South 16 degrees 54 minutes East a distance of fifty-seven and 73/100 feet (57.73') to a point; thence South 24 degrees 36 minutes West a distance of two hundred and 88/100 feet (200.88') to a point; thence South 01 degree 36 minutes West a distance of one hundred six and 62/100 feet (106.62') to a point; thence South 16 degrees 06 minutes West a distance of fifty-five and 64/100 feet (55.64') to a point; thence North 73 degrees 54 minutes West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence North 16 degrees 06 minutes East a distance of fifty-four and 36/100 feet (54.36') to a point; thence North 01 degree 36 minutes East a distance of one hundred seven and 38/100 feet (107.38') to a point; thence North 24 degrees 36 minutes East a distance of one hundred ninety-nine and 12/100 feet (199.12') to a point; thence North 16 degrees 54 minutes West a distance of forty-six and 27/100 feet (46.27') to a point on the aforesaid Western line of Riesmeyer tract; thence along said line North 35 degrees 36 minutes East a distance of twelve and 61/100 feet (12.61') to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Book 6588, Page 136 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
