HomeMy Public PortalAbout06786 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6786 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in Lots 20 and 21 of Vohsen Park Plat No. 4, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of a sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Vohsen Park Plat No. 4 as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records. The two parcels being part of fifteen foot (15') wide, seven and 50/100 foot (7.5') wide and five foot (5') wide easements. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point on the East line of Bennington Place, sixty feet (60') wide, said point also being the Southwest corner of said Lot 21 and the Northwest corner of said Lot 20; thence Northwardly along said Bennington Place, sixty feet (60') wide, along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 74 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East one hundred sixty-nine and 67/100 feet (169.67') from the last mentioned point, a distance of seven and 50/100 feet (7.50') to a point; thence North 74 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of forty-five and 46/100 feet (45.46') to a point; thence South 42 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of twenty-seven and 92/100 feet (27.92') to a point; thence South 74 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of twenty-one and 92/100 feet (21.92') to a point on the East line of said Bennington Place, sixty feet (60') wide; thence Northwardly along said Bennington Place, sixty feet (60') wide, along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 72 degrees 22 minutes 55 seconds East one hundred sixty-nine and 67/100 feet (169.67') from the last mentioned point, a distance of seven and 50/100 feet (7.50') to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point on the South line of Creve Coeur Mill Road, 40 feet wide, said point also being the Northwest corner of property conveyed to Jack Holder, Inc. as recorded in Deed Book 7812, Page 947 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 10 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East 5.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 21, said point also being the actual point of beginning; thence Southwardly along the East line of said Lot 21 South 10 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East 195 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 20; thence Southwestwardly along the Southeast line of said Lot 20 South 51 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West 83.18 feet to a point; thence North 38 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West 5.00 feet to a point; thence North 51 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 68.84 feet to a point; thence North 10 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West 48.72 feet to a point; thence South 74 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West 58.39 feet to a point; thence North 42 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds East 27.92 feet to a point; thence North 74 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East 36.16 feet to a point; thence North 10 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West 133.57 feet to a point on the South line of said Creve Coeur Mill Road, 40 feet wide; thence Eastwardly along said Creve Coeur Mill Road, 40 feet wide, North 79 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East 15.00 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
