AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Dizdar
Brothers, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in High
Valley Drive (85171), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Dizdar Brothers, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in High
Valley Drive (85171), in St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 11th day of September, 1986, and formally
executed on the 30th day of September, 1986, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
