AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Eight
Thousand Dollars ($308,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project
costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in DC-7 Sanitary
Relief Sewer Project (85125), in the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Two Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-six
Dollars ($286,726.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs and allowance for construction change
orders is Twenty-one Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-four Dollars
($21,274.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Eight Thousand
Dollars ($308,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
DC-7 Sanitary Relief Sewer Project (85125), in the City of
Frontenac, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
