AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-nine Thousand
Dollars ($79,000.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement
Account to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in 11858 Tescord Drive (85141), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Sixty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Two Dollars
($69,802.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety-eight Dollars ($9,198.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-nine Thousand Dollars
($79,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Extension and
Improvement Account to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in 11858 Tescord Drive (85141), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
