AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc., for the construction of sanitary
sewers in 11858 Tescord Drive (85141), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in 11858 Tescord Drive (85141), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 22nd day of September, 1986,
and formally executed on the 30th day of September, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
