AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for
the final design of Flamingo No. 16 & 18 Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-614.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) toward the costs of said
services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) toward the costs of
said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Flamingo No. 16418
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-614.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
