AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-616 with Lapin-Ellis and
Associates for engineering services for the final design of
Oakmont Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-616 with
Lapin-Ellis and Associates for engineering services for the final
design of Oakmont Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
