AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($37,000.00) from the Operating, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek or engineering
services for the final design of Kostka Lane Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-618.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Dollars
($37,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of Kostka Lane
Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-618.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
