AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-618 with O'Brien and Gere
Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Kostka Lane Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-618 with
O'Brien and Gere Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the
final design of Kostka Lane Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
