AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in the
Village of Twin Oaks, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement and this District has no further use for the portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of easement described below
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The westernmost twenty-five feet (25') of a fifty foot (50') wide
easement, excepting the Northern and Southern five feet (5'),
all located in Lot 15 of The Woodlands, a subdivision in the
Village of Twin Oaks, St. Louis County, Missouri, and
recorded in Book 151, Page 51 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
