AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
202 Prospect Storm Sewer Relief (S-2067, C-1257), in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers
in 202 Prospect Storm Sewer Relief (S-2067, C-1257), in the City
of Kirkwood, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of
September, 1986, and formally executed on the 7th day of October,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
