AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Forest No. 1033 (85002), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Forest
No. 1033 (85002), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 26th day of September, 1986, and formally
executed on the 7th day of October, 1986, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
