AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Twin
Pine No. 908 (86100), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Twin Pine No. 908 (86100), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 25th day of September, 1986, and
formally executed on the 7th day of October, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
