AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 68 (86110), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 68 (86110), in the City of Overland,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 29th day of September,
1986, and formally executed on the 7th day of October, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1986.
