AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Parcel A and Parcel C of Schnucks Clayton and Woods Mill Center in
the City of Town and Country, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Schnucks Clayton and Woods Mill Center as recorded in Plat Book 198, Page 80 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement as shown on the Plat of Schnucks Clayton and Woods Mill Center as recorded in Book 223, Page 21 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement as shown on the Plat of Schnucks Clayton and Woods Mill Center as recorded in Book 198, Page 80 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the southerly corner of the Plat of Schnucks Clayton and Woods Mill Center as recorded in Book 223, Page 21, City of Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri, said corner being the intersection of the easterly right-of-way line of Woods Mill Road sixty feet (60') wide with the northerly line of lands now or formerly of Albert Froesel as described in Book 6505, Page 1339, St. Louis County Records; thence North 32 degrees 57 minutes 59 seconds West along said easterly right-of-way line a distance of twenty-six and 72/100 feet (26.72') to a point; thence North 56 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred forty-six and 73/100 feet (146.73') to a point; thence North 33 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of five feet (5') to the point of beginning, being the centerline of said ten foot (10') wide easement; thence North 33 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one hundred eight and 00/100 feet (108.00') as shown on easement plat recorded in Book 198, Page 80 of the St. Louis County records. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the Northwest corner of Parcel A; thence North 56 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East along the North line of said Parcel A a distance of one hundred fifty-eight
and 00/100 feet (158.00') to the point of beginning of the herein described tract; thence North 33 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of nine and 20/100 feet (9.20') to a point; thence North 56 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred thirty-three and 00/100 feet (133.00') to a point; thence South 33 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 56 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one hundred thirty-three and 00/100 feet (133.00') to a point; thence North 33 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 80/100 feet (0.80') to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1986.
