AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
The Pines, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in "The Pines" as recorded in Plat Book 224, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the Southeast corner of said "The Pines"; thence Northwardly along the East line of said "The Pines" North 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of one hundred sixty-seven and 31/100 feet (167.31') to the actual point of beginning; thence South 79 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds West a distance of seventy-three and 50/100 feet (73.50') to a point; thence North 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of twenty-five and 57/100 feet (25.57') to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 65 degrees 0 minutes 12 seconds West thirty feet (30') from the last mentioned point, a distance of seven and 77/100 (7.77') to a point; thence South 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds East, a distance of seven and 89/100 feet (7.89') to a point; thence North 79 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of forty-nine feet (49') to a point; thence North 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of twenty-seven and 87/100 feet (27.87') to a point; thence North 49 degrees 34 minutes 9 seconds East a distance of twenty-seven and 21/100 feet (27.21') to a point on the East line of said "The Pines"; thence Southwardly along the East line of said "The Pines" South 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of eleven and 58/100 feet (11.58') to a point; thence South 49 degrees 34 minutes 9 seconds West a distance of fifteen and 63/100 feet (15.63') to a point; thence South 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of twenty-two and 13/100 feet (22.13') to a point; thence North 79 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of thirteen and 50/100 feet (13.50') to a point on the East line of said "The Pines"; thence Southwardly along said East line of "The Pines" South 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2 - Beginning at the Southeast corner of said "The Pines"; thence Westwardly along the south line of said "The Pines" North 89 degrees 21 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of one hundred fifty-nine and 54/100 feet (159.54') to a point and North 1 degree 30 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of ten and 01/100 feet (10.01') to the actual point of beginning; thence North 88 degrees 30 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence North 79 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of fifty-four and 32/100 feet (54.32') to a point; thence North 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of thirty-six and 03/100 feet (36.03') to a point; thence South 34 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds West a distance of five and 66/100 feet (5.66') to a point; thence South 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of thirty-one and 83/100 feet (31.83') to a point; thence North 89 degrees 21 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of fifty-four and 75/100 feet (54.75') to a point; thence North 1 degree 30 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of fifty-eight and 85/100 feet (58.85') to a point; thence North 84 degrees 0 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of forty-nine and 05/100 feet (49.05') to a point; thence North 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of ten and 03/100 feet (10.03') to a point; thence South 84 degrees 0 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of forty-nine and 13/100 feet (49.13') to a point; thence North 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of eighty-seven and 43/100 feet (87.43') to a point; thence South 79 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to a point; thence South 10 degrees 9 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of ninety-seven and 63/100 feet (97.63') to a point; thence South 1 degree 30 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of sixty-seven and 74/100 feet (67.74') to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1986.
